Step 1: Service Area
- Please fill out the form below or leave us a voice mail so that we can determine if your address is in our service area.
- We travel up to 45 minutes in some directions in parts of Cumberland and Franklin County from our private residential address in Newburg, PA.
Step 2: Previous Records
- If we notify you that you are in our service area, please have your current Veterinary Clinic send us a copy of your records so that we may review.
- Records may not be necessary for puppies, kittens, or in-home euthanasia appointments.
Step 3: Wait List
- Once we have received and reviewed your records we will place you on our wait list.
- If a timely opening in your area becomes available, we will reach out to offer that opening.
- Priority is given to existing clients so being on the wait list does not guarantee that you will be offered an appointment.
Scheduling Tidbits
- Appointments are planned in advance and during our posted business hours.
- We do not provide same day or emergency services.
- Wait list times for new customers can vary widely and therefore it is important that you continue your relationship with your current Veterinarian until we have examined your pet.
