Dr. Arron Mailen is a 2008 graduate of Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine and also holds a BS from Oklahoma State University. Though originally from North Texas, he has lived and served the veterinary community in South Central PA since graduating in 2008. Dr. Mailen is presently focused on canine and feline medicine and surgery but has both a large and small animal background. Dr. Mailen is an active member of Newburg United Methodist Church and also attends The Meeting House in Carlisle.
Away from work, Dr. Mailen enjoys spending time with his wife Sara, son Luke, and daughter Lauren. Current pets include an energetic German Shorthair Pointer (Zac) and a curious Bernese Mountain Dog (Foster). Hobbies include just about anything automotive or mechanical as well as camping with the family. His favorite vacation destination is Chincoteague Island, VA.
Brenda Hawbaker is a life long resident and product of Franklin County, PA. Though formally trained as a Veterinarian Assistant, Brenda has spent a good portion of her 24+ year career managing a busy veterinary practice in Franklin County while serving too as an assistant.
Brenda enjoys her time away from work with her husband Daryl, 2 Beagles (Lily and Ivy) and 1 cat (Autumn). Hobbies include 4-wheelers, travel, and baking. Her favorite vacation destinations are Disney Parks or Cruises.
